We stopped at Zerikzee and Vlissingen as we drove through Zeeland. I even got a picture with a woman in "klederdracht" in Veeren.

Dordrecht is a beautiful old city in the Netherlands...almost the "Venice" of the Netherlands. We visited my great grandmother's old house and took a nice boat tour through the grachten.

Blue Man Group

We saw the Blue Man Group perform in the theaterfabriek in Amsterdam!

Berlin was a very interesting city to visit; modern and trendy but also historically very significant

Pasar Malam

Together with my aunt, cousin and grandfather I went to the Pasar Malam in Den Haag (the yearly Indonesian market)

Amsterdam

With beautiful spring weather, I spent the day in Amsterdam and saw the World Press Photography Show in the Oude Kerk

Barcelona

I spent a week in Barcelona and although they speak Catalan, I was able to practice quite a bit of Spanish. We saw many of Gaudi's houses and architechtural creations (Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila, etc), went to the Picasso museum, strolled down La Rambla, ate tapas and even danced salsa on the beach!
